How pricing works
Do you charge fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Discovery is fixed-price so you know exactly what you’re committing to. Build and partnership work is typically time-and-materials with a clear estimate and regular checkpoints, which keeps scope honest and flexible.
What does a typical engagement cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so we don’t publish day rates here. After a short discovery call we provide a written estimate with options — you decide what fits your budget before any build work starts.
Can we start with just the Discovery Sprint?
Yes — and many clients do. It’s the lowest-risk way to get senior eyes on your platform and a concrete plan. There’s no obligation to continue.
Do you work fixed-scope for regulated/enterprise procurement?
Yes. We’re comfortable with SoWs, security reviews and enterprise procurement, including OpenShift and on-premise environments.
